Space Pride

Space Pride is an international charity dedicated to celebrating our vibrant LGBTQIA+ community in the global space sector. “We Are All Made of Stardust”.

Our vision is for humanity to go into space as one species, with the queer community being a beautiful, visible and celebrated part of that.

Our Mission

  1. Facilitate professional and social connections with other LGBTQIA+ professionals in the space industry to foster community building;
  2. Collect and publish data and research diversity and inclusivity to advocate for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning and ace individuals’ (LGBTQIA+) rights within the space sector;
  3. Create outreach and educational events during space conferences including giving LGBTQIA+ members of the industry the platform to share their experiences;
  4. Promote and support all actions which may support the interest and rights of LGBTQIA+ individuals in relation to the space sector.
